BUISNESS GOAL:
Create viral mechanics; Raise repeat rate at the time of a major international tournament, EURO 2020.
PROCESS:
In a short time was selected target segment: users interested in games related to soccer + segmentation by geo (all countries members 1/4)

After defining the target audience an email was developed, surveys to collect user predictions were created and then an appropriate automated scenario was developed

After running the scenario, a dashboard was assembled showing the effectiveness of each stage of the campaign and key indicators in general (all the details on the button below)

OTHER CASES
Because of NDA i cant show you any of my projects in this company. Here is some other things i do for Innovation without some graphic representation:
  1. Recap email: i was doing personalized email campaign, which contains 4 blocks that represent user result of using our platform for year 2021.
  2. Telegram chatbot: i implemented Telegram chatbot using Smart Sender. The total number of subscribers was over 2000.
  3. NY AR mask campaign: i created AR mask by using SparkAR for NY activity promotions.In the end, we implemented this mask for users and collected more than 1,000 mentions on Instagram.
  4. GPA (Google Promotional Annotations): i was using this type of feature to increase Open Rate. After them, we began to use the technology on an ongoing basis for each promotional email.
  5. JSON-LD (Email markup): i implemented this technology for increasing DOI rate.

First of all, assessed the reputation of the domain, which was, checked the domain for blacklisting, making sure that the domain is subject to withdrawal from spam began to raise its reputation:
  1. Adjusted previously unpublished records SPF, DKIM, DMARC
  2. Cleaned the database of inactive and invalid contacts and set filters to send emails only through the active database (except DOI and Welcome Scenario)
  3. Redesigned email template
  4. Configured DOI submission
  5. Integrating eSputnik CDP
  6. Configured Welcome scenarion
  7. Created a content plan for sending regular promos
  8. Configured Reactivation scenario

I'm currently working in an email marketing agency on a freelancer.

Unfortunately due to NDA I cannot share information about successful projects. But here is a list of the tasks that I close, working at the agency:

First of all, I studied the target audience of the project by conducting several interviews with the users of the product, then I knew what they needed from the product.

After a series of interviews, I made a CJM for all possible trigger communications and started to make templates for each of the scenarios.
